NO SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

There is no after sale service. Contacted Michael, he never phones back, hardly ever answer the phone. Never replies on emails!!! Was told I would get a refund after I had numerous problems with a Tablet I bought more than a year ago, still waiting for the refund!!! Half of the time from date of purchase this tablet was in for "repairs"!!! If and when I get hold of Michael all he says that I must be patient the money was paid over. How long does payment take to reflect on your account, a week?? I don;t think so!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE!!!
