Never came or heard back

In the first week of April I contacted DSTV because we wanted to get it. The guy help me very nicely over the phone and said that the Installer will contact me shortly! The installer did contact me but was very rude, I said to him that can we make it for 15:30 that day because I have to hear by my boss first. He said to me I must give my number and he will let me know by 14:00, but he never did and it was his idea in the first place to do it the same day! I then contacted DSTV in Springs and they said they can do it, I then asked can they do it the Thursday they said they are full but they do have someone that can do it! They also said I must give my number and I did! I never heard back from them and they also never came out!!!
