Disappointed with samsung service

Electronics and household app.

I sent my s4 to vodacom to have it checked and repaired as the battery had swollen and it would cut off continuously, this was on 20.10.13. I then received it on the 29.10.13, that same night i already had a problem. The phone would continuously freeze and the next day 30.10.13 i took it to Samsung care center in Welterveden park. I was told that they could not tell me how long it would take to repair, i have phoned twice since then and was told that my mother board was faulty and needed to be changed. They apologised as they have a backlog??? Honestly i have gone without my phone for 25 days now!!! How long does it take to replace a mother board???!!! I don't know why they could not issue me with a new one? I will definitely think twice before i ever get another Samsung or even recommend one.
Pretty disappointed in Samsung.
