Poor Service and Bad Supply of Goods

Parcel PE788934874ZA which is an Epad, was ordered via online from Nii. The product was send via the post office and it took 35days instead of the 4 days that was specified. The Epad looked like a secondhand product with a cracked screen. I contacted the seller and was told that I did not take insurance and as result I deserve a cracked screen product or else I should pay additional R250 to receive another product. I am convinced the supplier had a cracked product and wanted to sell a new one at a better price. Please all the bidorbuy buyers be careful of Nii products you might either have to enrich him with extra R250 for insurance and his inflated postage costs becuase I was charged R45 for postage and he paid R25-00 at the post-office. So, this is a rip off supplier of goods.
