I purchased a product for Keedols on the 1st of March 2013. To date I have not recived it. I was told to use the tracking number for the post office to find the parcel myself. At the post office, when the did track the parcel, it had a different name on the parcel and therefore they did not give it to me. I have asked for my money to be refunded, but now I loose the cost paid for the postage and still have to pay a further amount to get the parcel back. My question is was there a parcel in the first place and why is it now my fault that I did not recieve it. Bid or Buy has been no help as i have been reporting this since the start. If you select an unrelaible service provider fully knowing that they are on stike, plus giving me a wrong tracking number, and now I have to incure the additonal costs for this. This is, and you are taking advantage of the public.
