Given a wrong product

Electronics and household app.

I ordered a dell latitude from webantics and I was very explicit from the start that I needed a backlit keyboard and an i5 processor. The delivery was late and the laptop was delivered to the wrong person, thankfully I managed to sort that out. To my dismay the backlit keyboard on the laptop doesn't work. I called webantics on the following day and they promised that it would be sorted out. Three days later I still had the same problem and Greig promised to sort it out on that very same day. Something he couldn't do. He has promised to call me back multiple times and not once has he lived up to that promise.
I have sent him emails for the past two days asking them to fetch this laptop and refund me. I have not received a response yet. If webantics cannot solve this problem then they should refund me and afford me the opportunity to buy it elsewhere.
