Samsung Note 3 Gea

Samsung really bad service, I got the Note 3 and waiting for the Gear, mailed Samsung heard nothing Vodacom say they are waiting for Samsung.. I am disabled and got the Note 3 because of the Gear that will make my life so much better, just to be told now, we don't know when it is going to be available... How come the Note 3 can be released and not the Gear that is supposed to be released with the Note 3...
