My BB 9900 was booked in for repairs on Friday, 15.03.13, as the phone was overheating and randomly switching off. On Tuesday I received an sms informing me that it was ready for collection. Needless to say when I collected it the handset switched off and rebooted itself as I left the shop. Ms Claasen assisted me and assured me that she would sort it out. True to her word; She replaced my handset and battery and had it delivered to my office.
I would like to thank Ms Claasen for the manner in which she dealt with my concerns and commend her on the service she provided.
