When my 2 day old HD 598 headphones blew through my amp (still trying to work out how that happened), I called Conrad at Sennheiser and he advised me to send the set back to their head office for repair. After about a week I called and spoke to Geoff, who had examined the cans and confirmed that they were completely borked. They are replacing the set with a brand new pair, and shipping them back to me this Monday. Fantastic service and I'm one very appreciative customer. Thank you Sennheiser SA.
