I called Sounds Great to see if they could help me with replacing the earpiece cover for my Sennheiser headphones that had fallen off.
I spoke to Willem, who told me that they don't stock those parts but he would speak to the rep from Sennheiser to see if they could help.
He called me back a few minutes later to say that he had found a return set of headphones that was no use because they were faulty and I could have the cover from that.
Willem was very helpful, friendly and fast!
