Electronics and household app.

One of our directors purchased a MacBook Pro with retina display in NY whilst there on work/holiday. As a value add we bought a iCare from Apple SA (Core) through our vendor Mohlomi. At the same time we also purchased 4. MacBook pros in the ast month with Retina displays and 2 without, some with ICare added, which was registered at the time. Problem being, the "apple" SA refuses to register theMacbook Pro with Retina purchased in NY as it was not bought locally. To add insult to injury, I just got an email requesting invoices i.e. proof of purchase for one of the Macs purchased, which means ill get for the rest as well. This is archaic, surely, they can see against the serial, it was purchased from one of their vendors and not. They hide behind the fact that its for auditing, but being certified in that several auditing and compliance fields, I know this to be. Seriously, apple SA should be closed down. We are flying to the US and secured a session with a Apple CRM there, to ease this, as our offices inUK and Canada, has none of these bull processes
