There is no disclaimer in the email correspondence and therefore I can copy paste the following email from Perfect Laser. Now we wait to see the proof and fruits of their efforts in the coming weeks.

"I am not going to try and explain the issues I was confronted with late last year.

There were numerous problems and theses have largely been rectified. The good news is that we have a container of lasers leaving China - next week and your machine is definitely in the shipment.

You may or may not know but we at Perfect Laser have been in this business for a number of years and have many-many happy clients all over SA. These delays should never have happened but I want to assure you that you will be very happy to have your machine. I already have one client operating from northwest Botswana - who has a model 3050 and he is very happy. Should you want his details I will happily give them to you.

I did really mess up late last year and early this year. I will convey my personal apologies to you directly when I speak to later. I am now very much back on track and will take the opportunity to phone you later today once you have had the opportunity to read this email.
