Water Dispenser not working

Disappointed, i have bought Lg side by side Fridge Freezer with both water and ice dispenser, water dispenser is not working. i have lodged a complaint to the store and to LG and have given them the code they needed... i am still waiting for consultant to come look in to the matter...
