On 06/02/2013 I bought a Sumsung Galaxy Chat cash from Makro. That weekend I noticed that the phone would only syncronise one way with my exchange server. Thinking user error, I took it to Bonnie at the Samsung Clearwater branch, explaining I bought it cash from Makro. She tested it for a day and sent to xxx for a solution. xxx sent ot to Cape Town to have the main board replaced. When I asked why, changed the diagnosis to that the phone should be replaced. Buy now we were past Makro's 7 day return policy. I tried contacting xxx daily after that to to no avail. Today, 28/02/2013 after 5pm xxx asks me for the first time for a proof of purchase so that he can replace the phone! Three weeks and still no replaced phone! xxx attitude was: should I send you this (broken) phone back? This after frustrating me for 3 weeks? My 6 year old Nokia can syncronise both ways with my exchan server! I feel that they will try keep stalling me untill I give up. xxx attitude is also not customer friendly at all. Awaiting your response Samsung.
