I phoned Samsung when my screen om my LED Full HD 46" tv broke, they responded by sending out a technician to the damage, the technician concluded that the tv should be replaced, we took the tv back to Makro Wonderboom where we bought it Makro refunded us a store credit of R 6 999.00 which we paid for the tv, however when we bought the tv it was the end of range for this model UA46EH5000RXXA, as it was the end of range they only had the new model the UA46F5000 for R 7 999.00 which was also on promotion currently. We were able to negotiate with Makro to give us a discount of R 241.00 which were they were able to cover. But we still had to pay a mount of R 758.00 out of our own pocket to obtain the same tv as we had. I feel that we were put in a worse of financial position to be able to purchase the same tv even though it was at no wrong doing on our part that the tv broke it was simply faulty product. I feel as a loyal Samsung customer Samsung should refund me the R 758.00 which i had to now pay extra to replace the exact same 46" Full HD tv that i had before placing me at a financial disadvantage!
