Watchdog uk 2008 and fault still occurring

Around september 2010 we bought an RS21 and it has had the same manufacture fault as the one that we own in the uk.
a problem that it freezes and the fan breaks.

the first time our sa fridge broke it was in warrentee since then it frequently breaks, the same fault every 4 months or so.

this has been a reported fault on watchdog in the uk. my fridge in london had the warrentee extended for 5 years for this fault. this fault being reported as far back as the year 2000!!! and in 2010 their fridges still have the same problem. I bought an RS21 in 2007 in London and it had this fault. With watchdog consumer in the uk running a program on it in around 2008! I never thought that in 2010 they still would not have solved the problem!!! UNbelievable!!

The last time they fixed my fridge "at no cost" out of warentee was 3 months ago! and the same problem is happenning!! I now want a new fridge at no cost!!!
