Bad Attitude and Bad Service, Incompetence

Hi

I have been waiting for 10 days for an email that contains some drivers for a Voice Logger system we bought from Office Guru. When I called in to find out why they had not sent it I get told its because my server blocked them. This is a complete lie, we use minecast as a service and I have double checked with them and the email i was expecting was never received my them.

Peter A Director of the company has MADE no attempt to put this issue to rest, he refuses to assist me in any way. Says if the email cant be "delivered" its my problem.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OFFICE GURU TO ANYONE.
