LITTLE LOGGER TRIP LOGGER CAN TAKE A HIKE

Purchased a Little Logger Trip Logger. Supposed to be a great way to record Private and Business km for SARS. Bought one - it was suppossed to just "PLUG AND PLAY". Well it did not. When I complained and had followed the discs instructions. I was told to do the following... Did what they said, which by the way was what their disc said to do. It still did not work. Neville Turner arrranged he will assist us in the evening. Let him know we are available, to talk us through fixing the problem. He sends me an sms I must call him, I decided I am NOT using my airtime to rectify your faulty product. Then he called and halfway through the call, cut out, and I was sent an sms saying he ran out of airtime. I sms back, lets do it the next day, then he could get airtime to continue this. Which never happened. When I complained on email about it on the Monday, I was sent an email saying, he went out of his way and it is not his job to assist after hours, and he cant incur tel costs to assist me. The sad part is, we bought this with the intention of fitting these gadgets into our entire fleet of vehicles nationwide. But after this - we will look elsewhere
