Washing Machine 30 Day Challenge

I bought Samsung washing machine in December 2012 and it was on promotion. I called Samsung same day to register on their system so I can receive my free Liquid soap as part of their promotion as per advert. I have been waiting for delivery since Dec 2012 and no one gets back to me and I am now going to take the matter up with consumer commission because their advert was misleading. I am deeply disappointed with Samsung SA and I never expected the kind of treatment I received.
