Recommended Repair Centre: Technifix

To whom it may concern,

I am not sure who is attending to the performance or monitoring of recommended service centres, all I can say is that your preferred service centre - Technifix have got some major issues with communication. I have contacted them two weeks ago to try and get a technician out to look at why my Samsung washing machine is making this horrendous screeching noise. I phone once last week and they kept telling me the person might come out on Saturday or Monday the next week. I eventually received a call from them yesterday stating that they would finally be sending out a technician. I requested a time so that someone could be available at the premises, they advised that the technician would call me prior to their arrival. No technician call and no further information from the reception desk. How can one get any customer service from this?

There are only three agents in Durban and Hirsch never bother phoning back, I cannot get hold of the third one otherwise I would have hopefully had one of them out here to sort this out for me.

My recommendation, don't buy a Samsung if you want customer service, cause there is none when it comes to these products.
