Stortford photographic... TOO good to be TRUE

I bought a camera from Stortford photographic via their online shop, I phoned before making the payment to ensure there was stock available... They confirmed availability, this was on monday 18 Feb 2013. today I received an email from them stating that the item was ordered from the
uk yesterday and will be delivered today at 12:00 moments later the courier company phones and tell me I need to pay R2400 import and delivery costs!
And now there is NO response from the company with regards to my refund. they want me to pay the R2400 and then refund me within 30 days... This was NOT mentioned anywhere untill delivery

Do not visit this site [URL Removed] or call and order from them they are big time!!!

Stortford photographic online shop customercare number 031 8135743 THE WORST SERVICE AND BIGGEST!!! Hope my complaint stops some one from shopping with them!
