I bought a brand new MacBook Pro Retina display for R33 000. Now a few months later the display is ghosting or retaining images. It is a widespread problem with the Displays made by LG.

I would like to get hold of someone at the company to plan my screen replacement but after holding on for a combined total of 1h30 I'm yet to actually speak to someone.

I use my Mac for work everyday and I would like this problem resolves ASAP without a down day.
