Pls just close down

My hifi's sound was cutting out, its been to cape town electronics twice now and every time it comes back with the same problem. now i have to keep switching it off and on again to hear anything..at this stage i'm sick and tired of driving up and down and the thing is not being fixed, and its still under warranty... i can't believe that the technicians are so under qualified that they can't fix a simple problem of sound cutting out on a hifi... this is so disappointing
