About 3 years ago I bought a Waco insect killer. Recently the flurescent tubes would not light so I bought new ones but they still would not work. I therefore took the unit to Waco who not only replaced one of the (new) tubes but also the starter unit. They refused any payment for the repair even though it was well out of the guarantee period. All their staff were pleasant and helpful. Thank you Waco and in future I will always buy your products where available.
