SAMSUNG! a huge brand dissapointment!!!

Our nightmare started on the 3/1/2012.
We are avid Samsung users, phones, tablet, washing machine twin fridge, HD tv and microwave.
I logged the first call with the call centre and almost every day since then called samsung about our computer of our fridge. In the month of January 2013, i have wasted my time, my airtime and very very high frustration levels. Finally in the beginning of feb they brought the right part, 3rd time lucky, but needless to say, that part also seems faulty now, because we are sitting with the same problem. I don't know how to go about it this time because I can't go thru another month of with Samsung.
Empty promises from the call centre that someone would call me, no, but no managers or higher ranks to speak to. We told the call centre on many many occations that both myself and my fiance work full time and that they can only come on certain days and certain times, but they failed with that also.
My mother in law is sitting with the same service and frustration with her samsung washing machine.
I don't wish this nightmare upon anyone!
It would be more than amazing if our fridge can be sorted out once and for all!! M
