Missed installations 3 times

I phoned and booked an installation of a satellite dish for Sunday 3rd Feb. 09h00 came and went. and no-one arrived. On contacting them on Monday 4th, I was told they don't do work on Sundays. So I booked for Saturday 9th and followed this up later on to confirm. Again the booked time on Saturday 9th passed and no technician! I phoned them at 09h30, to be told that they'd messed up and had new staff that they were busy training but that they wanted my business and that the technician would definitely be there between 13h00 and 13h15 on Saturday. I'M STILL WAITING!!! Not even a phone call to postpone or cancel. I am now sick of running after these people, and would like to warn everyone not to bother with them.
Do not contact me, I am not interested in hearing any more empty promises.
