Samsung TV Damaged

We had a Samsung TV delivered to us by Skynet. When I asked for it to be opened up, the driver and another person said they were rushing and, if I had an issue, I could contact the office. I asked where the details for that were, and they just pointed to the waybill that was on the box of the TV. I asked again what to do if the TV was damaged or didn't work. He just said to use the details on the waybill.

When we opened up the box of the TV to install it that weekend, we noticed immediately that the screen was badly cracked. We immediately contacted Vodacom and emailed Samsung on the 23rd of November to inform them of the damages. I have tried numerous times to contact Skynet using the number on the waybill, but I was unable to get through to complain about how unprofessional their drivers were and their inability to keep to their delivery time.

Please can we have an urgent response on this matter?
