Never received my late mom's package

My mom passed away in October 2023 while waiting for a parcel after she had paid all of the outstanding balance. She waited until she died. After she was buried, I sent an affidavit together with all the relevant documents as proof of her death to claim her appliances. I never received any confirmation, not even a call confirming that you received my message. Is Cook for Life a scammer now? I sent the documents to a lady called Kholo.
