SAMSUNG not up to standard

I got my first Samsung (Galaxy S4 mini) November 2013. It is the most disappointed that I have ever been with a phone. The battery doesn't even last for a day... the data just keeps getting eaten up by something and the camera is pathetic. I would not recommend anybody to take this phone. I just want to get another phone on pay as you go and throw this one in the bin... I have never been this disappointed and wasted so much money on something...
