False advertising

Saw a add on gum tree by sound match for alarm and immobilizer. Went to Goodwood branch to have it installed only to find out afterwards that the add was incorrectly immobilizer wasn't included yet they advertised it like that. It should be at any inconvenience to the consumer according to the CPA. So if u advertise a product u should honor it. 1st experience with sound match goodwood and would not go back and wouldn't recommend anyone does.
