Inferior product and poor after service

Electronics and household app.

I bought the Galaxy S4 5 months ago and its been in for repairs for 6 weeks now. This is for the battery that sets out-as acknowledged by Samsung as a problem with THEIR product and they will replace it for free. What they do not mention is that the whole phone gets sent in for assessment, only to be returned with another error-my one could not pick up any sim card and had to go back within 2 hours of receiving it. And I am still waiting. This is unfortunately not an isolated incident as I live in the Eastern Cape and 2 friends in JHB have had the exact same experience down to waiting for 2 months to have their phones returned. If samsung cared about their loyal customers at all (my house can easily be mistaken for a Samsung showroom as I have always bought all of their products and love gadgets) they would have replaced the whole phone immediately! IDID NOT GIVE MY PHONE A FAULTY BATTERY NOR DID I RETURN IT BROKEN- WHY AM I PAYING FOR IT! I should have bought the IPHONE and will NEVER buy or recommend a Samsung product again! O the answer I will receive:
