Electronics and household app.

Terrible customer service! I have ordered an s-view cover for my phone almost a month ago. No feedback ever received from them. My wife went to see them, as she works in the mall. Big excuses... She ordered the item again. and again, no feedback. The service level is really pathetic, and this from such a big company.

If this is the kind of service I can expect, I will not be supporting them anymore with ANY device I might be in the market for in the future.
