Out of stock but refund just doesn't happen

We ordered (and paid by EFT) a Sony portable DVD player in December 2012, round about the 17th. No response from them. On the 14th of January my husband called and spoke to Jahrid. He told us they were out of stock and we would be refunded. Nothing happened but we waited untill last week to contact them again. Last week we spoke to Kyle 3 times and to Ramone as well. Kyle ensured us that the refund was already processed and he would send us the proof of payment. He did not, and the money is still not in my account. I phoned again today (Tuesday morning) and spoke to Kyle who again assured me he will find out what is going on and phone me back ASAP. He did not. I am fed up and will never order anything from them again. However I really want the R2110 back that we paid them and will not let this go.
