I called this morning to CBA minolta first I had to old for 15 minutes for a person named Kyle because I was assured he could help me. So I finally get through to Kyle and he says he has to put me through to another department because he cannot help me. I held on for another 10minutes and they service department were busy. Kyle took my details and said he would get on this straight away. I have yet to hear from them. I decided to try again and now Kyle was busy and no-one could help me. This service is unacceptable when my company pay them so much money for their printers.
