Makro - Birthday Voucher Yeah right!

On the 30 September I received a "Birthday Voucher" from Makro. All my friends had received them during the year and told me to update my details on Makros website. The vouchers they received were for R100 for any purchase of R200 or more. Finally the day arrived to receive mine and I get a voucher for R125 off any purchase for R1000 OR MORE!!! This is a joke, I can get more from a sale never mind a Birthday voucher!!! I phoned the Customer Care Centre and was told "Sorry, that's the way it works". Very disappointed in Makro, will no longer be making an effort to shop there in my personal capacity or in that of the company I work for, in future I will go somewhere where customer appreciation is taken a little more seriously.
