Cant get parts

I have a Samsung front loader washing masjien. Model WF-J125NR. Broke about 4 months ago, found it was the belt in the back that got stretched. Had the masjien for about 5 years. I contacted Samsung regarding parts and they refered me to all the agents in Vaal triangle. For the past 4 months i have been battling get this belt excuses after the other, first Samsung warehouse got robbed emty, then they dont have stock etc, Acording to the agents the belt is about R100-R200 but were do i find this belt. rather get a belt or come and fetch ur masjien and supply me with another masjien. I have been a loyal and stong supporter of samsung 2x 3d tv dvd masjiens fridge freezer washing masjien... etc but if it is so hard to get parts what is the use of using ur masjiens and brand. I have been taking my whole familys washing to my mother inlaw to wash daily and is getting out of hand now
