Istore doesnt repair Iphone???

I have a house hold full of apple productes, this morning I phoned the istore to ask the procedure of repairing my phone, and I was told that they do not repair hardware... can you believe that!!! I must go to vodacom to repair an iphone.

I dont take my my LG player to Samsung to be fixed, If i was told this info in the beginning that apple cant fix there on products, then I would have much rather gone with another brand.

this is really unacceptable.
