I ordered a booster for my house on 2013/12/03, delivery date was 2013/12/05. I received no tracking# or update to order by then, so I enquired and they said the stock was on its way from HongKong. Waited until 12/05, mailed and enquired again, got a mail on 12/17, telling me that the stock was stuck at customs.

Asked them to cancel my order on 12/20, request was apparently ignored and enquired on the 12/23 and 12/29, got a mail back on 12/30 to confirm whether I received my package. I didn't know "Cancel" means "Ship now" in SA.

Got back from holiday on 01/02, mailed them and asked for tracking details and when it was shipped. Got no response until I mailed again on 01/14 to cancel my order AGAIN, still no feedback per email as on 01/22.

I did manage to find someone on the LiveChat just after I sent the mail on 01/14, but she was just repeating what I said she "will forward the request to head office".
Spoke to her again today (22/01), but she's still "forwarding my request to head office".

So this has taken me from 2013/12/05 until 2014/01/22 to almost get somewhere with them. Hopefully I get my money back, unlike the other person on HP who complained about their service
