Maybe this will work!
I have 2x 55" LED 3D TV's bought the same time at Hi-Fi corp and both still under warrenty,
The first packed up on the 4th December 2013 and although reported immediately is still not repaired, (Repair no 60064909)
Since then the 2nd TV also has a problem. An email with all revelvant document sent on 4th Jan 2014 (repair no 60069349)
To date noboby at either HI-Fi corp or Hisense can tell me when they will be repaired, all you are told is we waiting for spares.
The 2nd TV they have not even acknowledged receipt of fault, the repair number doesn't exist or is not on the system, no one takes responsibility or is of any help.
Hi sense customer care line listed on website (086 044 73673) doesn't work, neither does the switchboard no. listed on the website 0102219600
No loan sets are offered or available any more so basically it a case of just wait and hope.
The service and back up is pathetic!!
