Electronics and household app.

This is now the 4th time that I have booked my 42" Hisense FHD LED TV in now for the same problem. Everytime they repair it, the green pixel problem gets worse. I now have to wait 3 weeks for a response. Can't believe that it takes that long to fix the thing. I have made up my mind and decided to do my own by contacting the Consumers Right Act with this matter. I have even spoken to Brian that works for Hisense by Hi-Fi Corp Westgate to deal with this matter and he too hasn't come back to me. Useless, hopeless and pathetic service. It looks like Hisense Call Centre is also becoming useless when contacting their customers who has sent it products to be repaired. They call you once and don't bother when the product was sent it again. This is my first and last time that I but any Hisense product. Will rather stay with the more expensive and better products like Sony, Samsung, LG and Phillips. I'm sure even Sansui would have been a better product choice
