30 Days Motor Burning and NO RETURN

My Defy Washing machine was purchased within 30days upon a burning smell illuming and on the spin stage the drums warble or hit against the sides with a release of a loud noise and than continues back to spinning.

I have placed report with sumsung and a tech came to my place to inspect, he reported that the motor is faulty and the motor needs to be replace, this was also confirmed on the phone, however i refuses to have my 30 days machine repaired.

Now after the report was provided to sumsung they have sent it to the COC head office, cause i do not want the machine to be repair.
This is totally unacceptable, and i will be involving my legal adviser involved in this matte
