No exchange if you buy the wrong bracket

We bought 2 Sony 32" TV sets plus 2 wall mounting brackets at SOUNDS GREAT at East Rand Mall in Boksburg. When we were ready to install we realized that one of the brackets needed to be a swivel type, not a flat bracket. Went back to the shop to exchange it and was obviously prepared to pay in any price difference. With passing of time the invoice got lost. They demanded the invoice. After a bit of polite begging they scanned it to see if it was on their system. It was and the price even came up.
The manager came and refused to exchange it.
Very poor attitude.
Will certainly never buy anything there again.
Be warned, they are happy to take your money but after that - no help at all
