Unreliable company. Bad Service. Dissapointing

I had a lightning strike at the house which wrecked havoc on most of my appliances and ended up with Satech Electronics Fourways branch coming to do the repairs after the wife mentioned she had found this company who could do all the repairs such as the pool pump, gate motors and the televisions etc. Was more the pleased to have one company who could literally do everything. They were on the ball to come and fix the motors and collect the appliances to have checked which didn't take that long to access. They promptly came back with damage reports for the insurers with final quote to rectify. I was pleased with the speed they were doing things. However after the repairs were done and we had paid the company for the work carried out we discovered that there were faults with repairs on certain of the goods. I called Byron from the company to make arrangements to rectify them and was told that he would promptly attend to the problem before he was going away for the Christmas holidays. Turns out that they REALLY don't give a damb about the customer service at all. Was told that he would come around now his holiday was over but to no avail. They couldn't bother. VERY Dissapointed.
