You have a contract to deliver all CELL C upgrades and contracts.
I get the call, at 14:30 to ask if home for delivery, i tell the operator yes i am and she pach me thru to the driver who ask me if i can confirm my address, i said and explain to him where i stay and hes says he will be there shorty, and i confirm yes ill be there, and he thinks he put's the line down... i am listen to the wonderful conversation on how my package becomes a missing and he wil deliver it some other day in zule and then i am listening to how they call another customer, who tells them off because the never called in advance and that no ones home.
I then got thru to the call center 45min later and ask whats happening and was assured my package would be here by 18:00 the drive knows where it is.
days later, they blame me because the address never come up, They say you had problems scanning for it and will get deliver the next day.
i think this service is beyond unacceptable and wrong, now i have to wait another 4 days for my deliver, and at this point i feel like canceling the contract with cell c because of this.
