Screen replaced within 20 minutes!

I have purchased a Samsung S4. There is so much confusion around the ADH warranty and I had contacted 2 people from Nashua Mobile (my service provider) and 3 people from Samsung and ALL of them stated different things. Finally I received the correct information, sent my husband through on Friday as I was leaving back to GP on Saturday. The technician and pleasant receptionist had my phone sorted in 20 minutes when it was scheduled to take 3 hours! I am impressed and please to have purchased this brand.
