Takes 50% Deposit, but never delivers

Myself and 3 other friends ordered the Note 3 and Gear through her after a advert on Facebook. We payed her a 50 % deposit and waited for the delivery. Every time she had an excuse why she can't deliver - In hopspital, her phone grabbed, the courier messed up, her sms did not go through, etc., etc. I even waited at the bank for her for 80 min to get my deposit back. she never shows. However she keeps contacting me asking for banking details to pay back or to promise the cash the next day. She now claims that the product was faulty and that is why she want's to repay the deposit - this was a week ago. still waiting...
