No one to install my OVHD after two weeks booking

I bought an OVHD decoder at pick n pay. I then booked (20 December 2013) for it installation at Durban Ellies number provided on the package.

Now today is the 4th of January 2014. This thing is collecting dust as no one ever tried to contact me. My ref id is 10319431. Please help
