Poor service recieved

Electronics and household app.

I took my vw into Mizco in oct/nov 2013, not sure on date as threw slip away, for what NTT VW told me was a electrical issue, as my turbo was randomly cutting out, after 2 days with a technician it was a loose wire and a carbon buildup, the Tech was very polite and help full and explained everything too me. This cost me R2800 odd, 2 weeks lated the same thing happened again and I took it back and left it over night, next day i phoned to see whats happening and was told they cannot find a fault and its ready for collection, i responded saying i don't have a lift but if someone can drop the car off i will take them back to work as i have done in the past.
Then i got a ph call from the owner saying can they use my car to fetch their other guy in the area when they come past to which i responded no as its my private car and not their run around car to which the owner responded well then come fetch your own car! i had to ask him to repeat it as i was shocked at the comment!
On arriving i had a chat with the owner and the above issue came up again, my response was the same and i told him that his service was shocking and he replied we are here to fix cars not fetch and carry customer's
