Attitude!!!

I installed an Aux airconditioner by Capital Air. I then noticed that I did not understand the workings of the equipment. I called Capital air and was given the sales person number, Rishi. When I called for advice on how to operate the airconditioner and he was so rude, told me to put my aircon in the museum and cut the call. That is not what customer service is about. He disrespected me as a customer. Do not ever deal with such a useless company, once they sell you something thats it! Pathetic service!
