No followup on bad service on repairs and servicin

I have a Kelvinator Dishwasher that is faulty now for the second time. My complaint is that there is no follow up on repairs no service is offered and actually followed through. I have to constantly phone and follow up for myself and then there is no information forthcoming. Even after complaining and sending an email. Trying to get an answer or good service is about as painful as pulling teeth. Totally unacceptable, I would like to know what is happening with my faulty dishwasher as I'm tired of waiting now. This was logged on the 28th November and nothing has actually happened. Tired of waiting for a response, empty promises and false hope.
